By accessing and using Tweakify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website.

2. Services Provided

Tweakify provides remote and in-person PC optimization, repair, and support services including but not limited to:

• Performance optimization and system tune-ups
• Malware detection and removal
• Software troubleshooting and updates
• Hardware upgrade consultation and support
• Network and connectivity diagnostics

3. Remote Access Consent

By requesting remote services, you explicitly consent to allow Tweakify technicians to access your computer system for diagnostic and repair purposes. A system restore point will be created before any significant changes are made. You may terminate the remote session at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your PC issues
• Back up important data before service (recommended)
• Have legitimate software licenses for installed programs
• Not request services for illegal activities or software piracy
• Maintain a stable internet connection for remote sessions

5. Limitations and Prohibited Uses

Tweakify will not provide support for:

• Pirated or illegally obtained software
• Hacking tools, game cheats, or malicious software
• Bypassing security measures or digital rights management
• Any activities that violate local, state, or federal laws

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution and create restore points, PC optimization and repair carry inherent risks. Tweakify is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions, third-party software conflicts, or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of important data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We cannot guarantee that all issues can be resolved, as some problems may require hardware replacement or may be beyond the scope of remote support. We will inform you if we determine an issue cannot be resolved.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Pricing is provided after initial assessment and must be approved before work begins. Additional charges may apply if the scope expands beyond the initial agreement, subject to your approval.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technical issues or emergencies.
