Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At Tweakify, we stand behind the quality of our work. We're committed to resolving your PC issues and ensuring your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available and our process for handling refund requests.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include additional support at no extra charge or a refund depending on the circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The agreed-upon issue was not resolved or addressed as specified in the service agreement and we cannot resolve it with additional attempts
  • We determined during the diagnostic phase that the issue requires hardware replacement or is beyond our service scope
  • Technical issues prevented us from completing the scheduled service
  • The service quality did not meet reasonable professional standards, and you notify us within 48 hours of completion
  • We made an error in service delivery that significantly impacted the outcome and cannot be corrected

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@tweakify.com within 7 days of service completion with a detailed explanation of your concern
  2. Provide your service order number and any relevant documentation
  3. Allow us the opportunity to address the issue before requesting a refund
  4. We will review your case within 2-3 business days and respond with our decision
  5. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where work was partially completed or some issues were resolved but not all, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the work completed. The amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances and the value delivered.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Hardware failures or defects discovered during diagnosis that require physical repair or replacement
  • Issues arising from user actions after service completion, including software installations, system changes, or configuration modifications
  • Services completed as agreed with documented improvements shown in the PC Health Report
  • Diagnostic-only services where no repair work was agreed upon
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with performance improvements that meet industry-standard benchmarks
  • Issues caused by third-party software, malware reinfection, or factors outside our control after service completion
  • Requests made more than 7 days after service completion (unless extenuating circumstances apply)

6. Diagnostic Fee Policy

If a diagnostic fee was charged and we determine the issue cannot be resolved remotely or is beyond our service scope before proceeding with full service, the diagnostic fee is refundable. If you choose not to proceed with recommended services after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable as the work has been completed.

7. Cancellation Before Service

If you cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund of any prepayment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

8. Warranty on Work Performed

We provide a 30-day warranty on work performed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our service (not user actions or new problems), we will provide additional support at no charge. This warranty does not cover new issues or problems unrelated to the original service.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to fair resolution and will work with you to find a reasonable solution. All disputes should be addressed through support@tweakify.com before pursuing other remedies.
